Lunchtime Clubs Schedule

At The Abbey School we offer a wide range of clubs. These are inclusive and open to all students throughout the school. Most clubs take place during lunchtime but there are clubs and activities that are run after school, every day, as well.

 

Lunchtime clubs  are very important as they cater for students who prefer inside rather than outside play.

During the week the following lunchtime clubs are available, there are some seasonal variations in the range of clubs offered (click on the timetable above to see which days they run):

There is a school minibus service to take students to the Youth Club run by 40 Degreez in Farnham after school on Wednesday. Students need to register in advance for this. Members of the school tennis club are also transported by school minibus to The Bourne Club after school on Fridays. 

It is the parents and carers responsibility to arrange transport home from the school (or 40 Degreez or The Bourne Tennis Club) at the end of each session. Please remember to let the school and the home:school transport operator know whenever your child is making any changes to their usual after school arrangements

 

Challengers Activity Centre After School Service

Challengers activity centre in Farnham offers a range of weekend, holiday and after school sessions for students with learning difficulties. They currently send members of their youth leader team to The Abbey after school on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays to take any students who have bookings with them by minibus or taxi to their centre. Parents/carers need to make bookings directly with Challengers online or by phoning 01483 230939.
