At The Abbey we use Arbor to distribute information and reminders to parents and carers by email. Parents/carers of students who are not receiving regular email communications from the school, including copies of the school newsletter, and who have checked their spam/junk/clutter inboxes, should contact the school office so we can check that your email address has been correctly recorded on our system.
Please contact the school office if you need a paper copy of emails that have been sent to you.
For more urgent communications we sometimes send text messages to individuals or groups of parents/carers. These are necessarily brief because the number of letters/words we can use is restricted. Please contact the school office if you need further details about a text/SMS message we have sent.
